Dear Scott,
Just a line to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent design and installation you did on the air conditioning/heating system in my home.
As you know, my house was built in the 1920’s and had window units, so the design of the system and effect on the overall look of the house was very important to me.
I had obtained bids and talked to representatives of four other companies in the previous two years. Unfortunately, I could never shake the feeling that I was expected to accept that these guys knew what they were doing and just pay the bill and take what was given. Needless to say, I was not parting with one penny until I felt really comfortable with the company I was going to employ.
The system you designed was the least intrusive into the existing structure and the least loss of useable space, while at the same time being a very efficient system for my old house. Your ability to answer my (sometimes inane) questions in language I could understand speaks of your extensive knowledge and professionalism and believe me, I have no hesitation in recommending your company whenever anyone mentions air-conditioning and heating and even when they don’t!
